She is a research degree holder in the area
of Commerce and Finance. She has a sound

imparting knowledge and guidance to commerce
and management graduates and post graduates
and also to the students of Chartered
Accountant course since 1998. “ Education is
a progressive discovery of our own
ignorance”, materializing the words of Will
Durant, She has actively participated in
National and State level Conferences and
Seminars and contributed in the area of
Social Capital Management in Corporate
Sector, Impact of IT on HRD, Balance
Scorecard, and Impact of Financial Crisis on
Indian Economy.
She believes that teacher's purpose is not

Prof. Lalit Chande, Asst. Director of
T.N.RAO COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES possesses dual master degrees
with Diploma in Taxation and Law Practice D.T.L.P.). He is having rich
experience of 14 years teaching at both graduate and post graduate
levels. He has worked as a lecturer of management for 14 years and is
Saurashtra University P.G. recognized professor and has been teaching
in P.G. and Diploma (M. COM., M.B.A., D.B.M., and M.L.W.) programs for
5 years. He imparts training to government employees at SPIPA. He was
also the visiting faculty at engineering college for three years. He
is also the regular speaker on FM radio GYANVANI (IGNOU) in MBA CLASS
ROOM live phone in Programme.
Besides teaching, he has been playing an instrumental linkage role
among business houses, NGOs and educational institutes for mutual
benefits. His areas of interest are Human Resource Management(HRM) as
special one and Strategic Management, Ethics in Business, Stress
Management, Communication, Personality Development, Entrepreneurship,
Motivation and Quality Management as the general areas of interest and
for that he has conducted many seminars and work shops in industries
and in various educational institutes. He also participated and
presented research papers in various national and state level
conferences and seminars in management field.
His priority is always to think about the students' career and prepare
them for the challenges without compromising with eternal values. He
firmly believes that "The love for the reading and visiting various
places and meeting with people with positive mindset can become the
sources of learning which make person ready to meet the challenges "
