companionship with enlightened people is the
greatest happiness!!! Lord Buddha says “Believe
nothing merely because you have been told it or
because you yourself have imagined it. Do not
believe what your teacher tells you merely out
of respect for the teacher. But whatever, after
due examination and analysis, you find to be
conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare
of all beings that doctrine believe and cling
to, and take it as your guide.” TNRCMS MBAs have
got this message in the crux of their knowledge
and would be surely implementing this in their
career. I seek the support of you, the

“I would like to draw attention of the Corporate
World and the students of TNRCMS to the citation
of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, which
awarded this year's Nobel Prize for Economics to
Thomas Schelling, shared with Robert Aumann,
that his work on game theory had a profound
impact on studies, which involve 'strategies'.
He premised his contributions on the cooperative
patterns of behaviour, multilateralism and
mutual dependencies. As you all know, though
business is a high-stakes game, a company can
succeed spectacularly without requiring others
to fail. In any game, whether in business or in
studies, rules are indispensable. "Without
rules, all becomes clash, confusion and
disorder", says Sri Aurobindo. I am sure with
this spirit in mind, TEAM-TNRCMS will not only
win the game for the organizations they join but
also bring many laurels for the organization,
themselves and for the Institution.”
