Personality Development is the gist of any educational institution Recently, the students of the B.B.A. Department of T.N.Rao College organized an event called "X-Factor" to provide a platform to aspirant students who are on their way to improve their personality and skills.

This event was inaugurated on 10th, October, 2008 by Mr. Anil Vajerani and Dr. P.C.Barot. Activities like Quiz, Documentary presentation, Public Speaking, Kitchen King, Cookery Show, and RJ Hunt made the two days long event momentums closing ceremony of the event was accomplished by the insightful speeches of Dr. Kalariya, the Principal of Kansagara College and Dr. Nidatt Barot, the campus director of T.N.Rao College. The Winners were given prizes and trophies. A Book Exhibition also took place alongside the event by Ram Krishna Ashram and Rotary Midtown Library.
